How is it possible for society to control teen pregnancy?!
At this moment, I am sitting outside sitting with my family discussing this issue. In the state of Louisiana especially in the Northern area, teen pregnancy is a MAJOR ISSUE! As well, as I know this issue is very common everywhere.
There are many teen in the age range of 12-18 in this area that are having babies constantly.... So, my questions is how can we as a the people control this issue?!
